Service Overview

We provide contract manufacturing of solid dosage forms, such as tablets and fine granules. We can flexibly handle a wide range variety of manufacturing requests, from small to large-scale batches.

Characteristics

We offer a flexible production scale and a stable supply of high-quality products.

From small to large scale production: Our capabilities for general solid oral dosage forms include accommodating small scale production of 100 kg or less. For large scale production (150 to 300 kg), we have a manufacturing history of 180 million tablets per year.
Manufacturing flexibility and efficiency: To flexibly accommodate both small-scale and large-scale production, we have implemented a Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This system improves production efficiency, reduces costs, and ensures thorough quality control by managing progress, issuing instructions, and collecting data on the factory production lines.
Ensuring high quality and safety: As part of our initiative to provide safe and secure products, we strive to consistently deliver high-quality items that our customers can use with confidence. We achieve this by carefully inspecting all raw materials to thoroughly remove foreign substances and impurities, guaranteeing that even the smallest defects are detected and eliminated.
